The goods you purchased on our website can be returned or replaced for a similar one from the seller within 14 calendar days, not including the day of purchase, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection.'
The replacement of goods is carried out if:
It was not used.
Its presentable appearance is preserved.
A complete initial set of the goods is available: product and packaging.
The customer has at least one of the documents confirming the payment: a check (receipt) for payment, a printout of the receipt of online payment or a warranty card.
Factory defects: poorly placed button clasp (does not close properly) or a broken zipper.
Steps of returning the goods:
Call the manager and agree on the reason for the return and the date of shipment of the returned goods. Contacts of the manager.
Returned goods must contain all components and be sent by the buyer to the Nova Poshta express delivery service to the office №5, located at 3, Viacheslav Chornovil St, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine, 76000.
Delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
Refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods by the manager. In our turn, we will do everything possible to speed up this process.
